摘　　要：过程装备典型零部件如封头、法兰、管板、支座、筒体、手孔和人孔等是化工容器中广泛使用的零部件,其结构、尺寸等都已标准化或部分标准化。为了实现这些标准零部件的快速高效建模,基于SolidWorks三维软件,根据国家和行业相关标准,利用API函数和Access数据库技术,采用Visual Basic语言编程开发了过程装备典型零部件图库系统,实现了过程装备典型零部件的参数化自动建模。Process equipment typical components,such as head,cylinder,tube sheet,flange,support,handhole and manhole,are widely used in chemical industry vessel.They have been standardized or partly standardized in structure and dimension.To accomplish the fast and efficient modeling of these standard components,according to national and industrial standards,the development of process equipment typical components graphic library is studied by Visual Basic API functions and Access database technology,based on SolidWorks.The parametric automatic modeling of process equipment typical components is completed.
