超临界350MW机组汽轮机技术特点和试运行主要问题及其处理措施

摘　　要：介绍了华能瑞金电厂超临界2×350 MW机组热力系统的特点,论述了机组整套起动调试中出现的主要问题如发电机碳刷架侧铝护板碰磨,右侧再热调节汽阀门杆漏汽,5号轴承顶轴油管路泄漏,给水泵汽轮机(小机)冲转时汽动给水泵(汽泵)前轴承振动,密封油主差压阀卡涩,6号低压加热器(低加)疏水不畅,5、6号轴承未装节流孔,热段再热蒸汽管道变形大,汽泵推力轴瓦温度高及汽封系统故障等,给出了相应的处理措施。The features of thermodynamic system for supercritical 2×350 MW units in Huaneng Ruijin Power Plant have been presented,the main problems occurred in trial operation of complete set start-up for unit,such as impact rubbing of aluminium guard plate at the carbon brush yoke side,steam leakage from the stem of reheated steam control valve at the right side,leakage of the shaft-jacking oil pipe for bearing no.5,front bearing vibration of the turbine-driven feed-water pump during rotation-impulsing small turbine,unsmooth jam of the main differential pressure valve for sealing oil,unsmooth drain from the low-pressure heater no.6,the throttle orifice not installed on bearings no.5 and no.6,large deformation of reheated steam pipeline in the heating section,high temperature on thrust shoe of the turbine-driven feed-water pump,and faults in steam seal system etc.,being expounded,and disposal measures being given.
