摘  要:某600 MW汽轮机组甩负荷试验中,其再热调节阀在快关时出现开度反复波动现象,导致了汽轮机的超速保护动作。通过对试验结果与再热调节阀快关动作过程的分析,结合动态情况下的再热调节阀快关试验情况,判断出均压室内压力突降是导致再热调节阀快关过程异常的根本原因。采取了在再热调节阀套筒上打孔的处理措施,改进后的试验结果表明,该措施简便有效。In the process of load rejection test for one 600 MW steam turbine unit,a repeated fluctuation phenomenon of open degree for reheated steam control valve and appeared in the fast closing process,leading to actuation of the overspeed protection for the steam turbine.Through analysis of the test results and of the fast closing process for reheated steam control valve,and combining with the fast closing test of said valve under dynamic state,it is believed that the fundamental cause resulting in abnormal fast closing process of the reheated steam control valve is the sudden drop of pressure in the pressure-equializing chamber.The disposal measure of drilling holes on the sleeve of said control valve has been adopted,test result after retrofitting shows that the said measure is simple and convenient,boasting good effectiveness.
