摘  要:针对微细铣削加工过程的特点,建立了微铣刀数学模型,通过理论分析和仿真试验等多种手段深入开展微铣削力学分析,深入研究了直径在0.5mm以下微铣刀的几何结构,结果表明传统螺旋结构微铣刀的刚度、强度非常低,在加工中容易弯曲和断裂;而采用锥体三角形等简化几何结构的微铣刀,可获得更高的刚度和强度,更有利于微铣刀制作及刀具寿命的提高。A mathematical model of micro-milling cutter is established according to the characteristics of micro-milling process,and the analysis of micro-milling mechanics is developed in this paper through theoretical analysis,simulation test and various means.The tool geometry of micro-milling cutter whose diameter is below 0.5mm is intensively research.The results indicate that the stiffness and strength of traditional spiral groove cutter is very low,which is easy to bend and break in milling process.However,the micro-milling cutter with triangular pyramid and other simplified geometric structure can get a higher stiffness and strength,and is more beneficial to the fabrication of micro-milling cutter and improvement of tool life.
