摘　　要：目的:为实现医院"以患者为中心"和"数字化医院"的目标。方法:运用powerbuild等工具、基于C/S三层结构开发该系统。结果:该实验系统实现了电子病历数据的存储、管理和使用,具有标准化、可靠性、安全性和保密性的特点。结论:该课题的研究带给患者的不仅仅是方便、卫生、高效的服务,更是智能化、信息化在医院管理的成功应用,具有美好的前景。Objective To establish a patient-centered ＂ E-Hospital＂ with overall information management.Methods The system was developed by using tools like power-build based on three-tire structure of C/S.Results The experimental system,with the characteristics of standardization,reliability,safety and confidentiality,realized storage,management and application of computerized patient record data.Conclusion Study on the subject provides not only convenient,healthy and efficient service to patients but also an successful application of intelligence and information-based hospital management with a bright future.
