摘　　要：针对目前共用医疗设备租借管理现状,通过资料分析研究和工作实践,总结目前租借管理存在的利弊,在提出最佳管理模式的基础上探讨未来发展趋势,旨在最大化地发挥人机潜能,更加有效地提升共用医疗设备的完好率、使用率,实现高品质的资源共享。The advantages and disadvantages of the shared medical equipment leasing management were analyzed in this paper based on the current management status and data analysis.The optimum management model was proposed which representing the trend of development,so as to maximize the utilization rate of the medical equipment and to improve the sharing of medical resources.
