摘　　要：探讨了HDCT在宝石材料探测器、影像链革新、能谱栅成像等方面的最新技术进展,详细介绍了其在超低剂量、高清图像以及冠脉成像等方面的临床应用价值,最后指出了HDCT突破了CT不断增加探测器宽度的常规发展模式,更全面地满足了临床需求。The latest technological development of HDCT in gemstone detector,image chain innovation and spectrum gate imaging is investigated and the clinical application of HDCT in ultralow doses,high definition image and coronary artery imaging is explored,pointing out finally that HDCT breaks through the conventional development pattern of continuously increasing the width of the detector adopted by CT and fulfills the clinical requirements more comprehensively.
