摘　　要：目的:研究"机房环境、吸样针、管道清洁度、试剂、采血、抗凝剂和异常物质"等7个影响因素,避免因测定结果不准确而导致临床医生的错误诊断和治疗行为。方法:应用相应的规范性操作和探讨性方法。结果:在实际工作中,如果注意了以上7个环节,就能较好地避免不利情况的发生,保证计数或分类结果的准确性,降低各种指标假性增高或假性降低的情况,减少手工复片的工作量,避免漏诊和误诊。结论:BC-3000plus全自动血液分析仪及其功能相似的血液分析仪不仅能够完全满足大型综合性医院门、急诊检验工作的需要,也是基层医院和基层部队卫生队的首选检验仪器。Objective To avoid wrong diagnosis and treating due to the lack of accuracy in testing results through researching such seven affecting factors as environment of the equipment room,pipette,cleaning of the pipe,reagent,blood-collecting,anti-freezing reagent,and abnormal object.Methods Related standardized operation and probing ways were used.Results In practical work,if enough attention could be paid to the above seven factors,harmful results could be avoided,and the accuracy of counting or classification,fake increasing or decreasing of various indexes,work of manual sample-checking and wrong diagnosis or testing-failing could be all decreased or averted.Conclusion BC-3000 plus full-automatic blood analysis instrument and other blood analysis instruments which have similar functions can fully meet the need of the testing work in outpatient department and emergency department of comprehensive hospitals,meanwhile,they are the best choice among all testing instruments for primary hospitals and basic army hospitals.
