摘　　要：针对数字医疗这一新诊疗手段的存储容量大、数据处理快的特色,阐述了应用这一特色,对住院患者、门诊患者及院外患者的个人信息、生理、病理等数据监测服务的提高。应用新技术对信号的处理特点,初步探讨了实现杜绝医疗事故所需硬件及软件的原理和方法,并提出了结合现有的网络技术优势,建立数字医疗平台,将影像信息处理功能增值的医疗管理设想。For the new digital medical treatment that features strong storage capacity and fast data processing,it＇s described that the application of this feature can improve such data monitoring services as inpatient,outpatient and out-patient＇s personal information,physiology data and pathology data.By making use of the characteristics of new technologies on signal processing,the implementation of the principles and methods for the usage of the needed hardware and software are discussed,which can eliminate malpractice,creation of digital medical platform and advancement of new tentative ideas for medical management to strengthen image information processing features through combination with the existing network advantages in technology.
