摘　　要：目的:研究螺旋断层放疗系统的验收过程并制定质量保证规范。方法:分析静态射野剂量学、系统动态特性、系统同步性以及系统机械特性等验收项目,描述螺旋断层放疗系统质量保证规范的要求。结果:建立临床质量保证测量的内容和频率要求等规范。结论:螺旋断层放疗系统验收项目以及质量保证规范与传统医用直线加速器相比有所不同。Objective To study course of commissioning and enact quality assurance protocol of helical tomotherapy system.Methods The project acceptance of static field dosimetry,system dynamic characteristics,system synchronicity and system geometry were analyzed,and the requirements of the quality assurance protocol of helical tomotherapy system were described.Results A quality assurance（QA） protocol for helical tomotherapy system was summarized based on different frequencies with details of its clinical implementation.Conclusion The commissioning and QA of helical tomotherapy system reflect differences from conventional LINAC.
