摘 要:对苯二胺是一种重要的化工原料,常用作偶氮染料和硫化染料的中间体,也是合成染发剂中的主要成份,因其对人体有强烈的致敏作用,染发剂中最高允许含量为6%。同时对苯二胺也是国际公认的一种致癌物,随着化工工业的迅速发展,对苯二胺的废水排放量日益增加,严重污染了环境,也危害着人体健康。In the sulfuric acid and 25 ℃ water bath,discoloration reaction during potassium iodate oxidizing 2-(3,5-diBr-2pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol can be catalyzed by p-phenylene diamine.According to this phenomenon,a new method of trace p-phenylene diamine determination by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was established.The optimal experimental conditions were discussed.A good linear relationship is obtained in the concentration range of 1.5 ~ 15 mg·L-1 for p-phenylene diamine and the detection limits was 0.018 mg·L-1.The kinetic parameter of this reaction was also determination and the result showed that the reaction was first-order reaction.The apparent ratio constant was 8.84 × 10-3s-1 and apparent active energy of the reaction was 7.17 kJ·mol-1.The method proposed was applied to the determination of p-phenylene diamine in hair dye and environmental waste water,relative standard deviation of results for five consecutive were 3.7% and 2.3%,and the average recovery ratio were between 98.7% ~ 102.9%.
