摘 要:珍珠粉是将珍珠贝壳动物马氏珠母贝、蚌科动物三角帆蚌或褶纹冠蚌等双壳动物受刺激形成的珍珠用物理的方法粉碎磨细而成的粉状物,自古以来就是名贵中药,具有安神定惊、明目消翳、解毒生肌之功效。但是,市场上常出现以将蚌壳用碱去除其表面的角质层研细而成的贝壳粉,混充珍珠粉。查阅文献发现,Chemical composition and structure characteristics of peal and conch powders were studied in the paper.The result showed that the organisms,protein and metal contents in peal powders were higher than that in conch powders.Water-soluble inorganic ions in powders were SO42-,Cl-,NO3-and F-,the Br-and PO43-were not detected for all samples.IR results indicated that the pearl and conch powders were all consisted of the major aragonite and a slight amount of organisms.After treatment at 400℃ for 30min,the organisms for all samples were decomposed.After treatment for 90min,the aragonite crystal in peal powders began to change to calcite form,and the process was complete at 180min.For conch powder samples,the transformation was beginning at 15min,and after 30min,the aragonite crystal were almost totally changed to calcite form.This showed that the aragonite crystal in peal powder was more stability than that in conch powder.
