摘  要:针对气体钻井取心存在岩心收获率低、钻头进尺低和岩心质量差的技术难题,通过对取心工具及取心钻头结构、钻头切削齿选择和气体钻井取心工艺等方面的研究与试验,成功研制出适合气体钻井的取心工具及配套气体取心工艺技术,并经龙岗163及普光107-1H两井的应用,取得了单筒进尺7.82m,平均岩心收获率95.46%的高指标。现场试验结果表明气体钻井取心新技术在岩心质量、收获率及单筒进尺指标上均能满足钻井工程和地质分析的需要,填补了这一技术领域的空白。In order resolve the technical problems existent in gas drilling coring,such as lower core recovery,lower footage of core head and poor core quality etc.,through researching and testing of coring tools and core head structure,bit cutting teeth selection and gas drilling coring technology,the coring tools and coring technology suited for gas drilling were developed,and applied successfully in the Longgang 163 welland Puguang 107-1H well,the average footage of 7.82 m and the average core rate of 95.46% were obtained.From the field application aspects of core quality,recovery rate and core head footage,the results showed that the gas drilling coring technology could meet the needs of drilling engineering and geological analysis.
