摘  要:天东004-X3井属川东地区山前典型高陡构造井,地表实测地层倾角高达80度,相邻沙坪场构造井,在采取8~12kN钻压吊打情况下,井斜仍达到了6.3°~10.3°,且平均机械钻速仅1.15m/h。天东004-X3井在采用美国贝克休斯的VertiTrak垂直钻井技术后,取得了平均机械钻速3.63m/h、全试验井段井斜角控制在1°以内的"防斜与提速"双重效果。文中重点介绍垂直钻井系统在天东004-X3井的应用情况,并对比分析所取得的综合经济效果和应用前景。TianDong004-X3 Well belongs to the high-steep structure area in East Sichuan.Through the actual measurement in the earth's surface,the stratigraphic dip is high up to 80.Compared with the ShaPingChang area,the well deflection is reached 6.3~ 10.3 and the average penetration rate is only 1.15 m/h which is in the game to 8-12 tons WOB.After using a vertical drilling system of Baker Hughes in TianDong004-X3 Well,the average penetration rate was up to 3.67m/h and the hole inclination could be controlled within 1.Based on introducing the application of VertiTrak in TianDong004-X3 well,this article focused on analyzing the overall economic effects and the application prospects.
