API油套管粘扣原因分析及预防

摘　　要：对塔里木油田API油、套管粘扣问题进行了全面调查研究,对部分油、套管抽样进行了上、卸扣试验,并在几口井进行了油、套管下井试验。认为API油、套管粘扣原因既与产品质量有关,也与使用操作不当有关。油、套管螺纹加工质量不高,更容易发生粘扣。为保证油、套管的质量,制定了塔里木油田油、套管抽样上、卸扣试验补充技术条件。使用操作不当导致油、套管粘扣的因素主要包括碰伤、偏斜对扣、引扣不到位、上扣速度快、上扣扭矩不当等。为解决油田使用操作不当导致的粘扣问题,研制了预防油、套管粘扣的新型引扣钳专利产品,并制定了塔里木油田油、套管使用和维护操作规程。经过在几口井推广应用以上预防措施,有效地防止了由于操作不当导致的油、套管粘扣。The thread gluing problems of API tubing and casings in Tarim Oilfield were studied,the screw on and screw off tests and running tests were carried out.It was considered that tubing and casing thread gluing is not only related to product quality,but also to abnormal operation.In order to guarantee tubing and casing quality,the complementarity specification on screw on and screw off test for tubing and casing specimens taken from the product was established,some tubing and casing thread gluing problems were found,and counterclaim were successful in accordance with the complementarity specification above.In order to solve tubing and casing thread gluing problems caused by improper operation,new strap wrench was developed and patented,and the specification on maintenance and use of tubing and casing was established.Through field application of above preventive measures,the tubing and casing thread gluing were prevented due to abnormal operation.
