摘  要:泌深1井是中石化重点探井,设计井深6000m。根据邻井资料,预计井底温度可达245℃。该井进入四开4500m后,深部井段泥质含量高,高温造浆、垮塌风险大,且地温梯度高,钻井液必须抗高温且抑制防塌性能好。因此,进行了大量室内实验,优选出抗高温处理剂和抗高温水基钻井液配方,经245℃/16h老化后,该配方流变性好,API滤失量4ml,摩阻系数0.074,抗15%劣土、5%NaCl和0.2%CaCl2等污染能力强,页岩回收率达到88.66%,可以满足该井深部井段地质和钻井需要。实际完钻井深6005m,完钻后钻井液停止循环24h实测井底温度236℃,创国内最高井底温度记录。The planned depth of BS1 well is 6000m.According to the information of adjoining wells,the bottom temperature of BS1 well is expected to 245℃.Below the depth of 4500m,the shale content in deep interval is high and the temperature is also high.Therefore,the drilling fluid must resist high temperature and have better inhibition ability.Through a great quantity of laboratory test,anti-high temperature additives and water base drilling fluid formula were optimized.By the 245℃/16h ageing test,the results showed that rheological property of water base drilling fluid is better,API filter loss is 4ml,friction coefficient is 0.074,the pollution resistance is better while adding 15% bad ground,5% NaCl or 0.2%CaCl2 in the fluid,shale recovery rate attains 88.66%,which can meet the requests of geology and drilling process in deep interval.The actual drilled depth is 6005m,the bottom temperature is high up to 236℃.
