摘 要:针对目前铜排加工机折弯工站工作时存在的设备适应性差、同批次铜排加工角度的一致性差、折弯角度反弹等问题进行了分析,并提出了采用由PLC加光栅尺构成的闭环控制方式。通过改变PLC程序即可方便地改变加工铜排的折弯角度,极大地提高了铜排加工机的柔性化。介绍了通过实验研究,对折弯油缸的行程ST与铜排成型角度A之间的理论关系式进行了参数修正,从而较好地解决了柔性化折弯工站折弯角度的一致性及铜排折弯角度反弹问题,同时对小型机电一体化设备的智能化和柔性化的改造设计进行了一次有益的探索。Worse adaptability,angle worse consistence in the same batch and bending angle rebound was analyzed during the working process of bending work station for copper row processing equipment,and the closed loop control system composed of PLC and grating was put forward .The bending angle of copper row can be changed easily though changing PLC program,it can improve the machine flexibility greatly. Though experimental research,the equation between hydraulic cylinder journey ST and moulding angle A was revised on parameter,the bending angle consistence and angle rebound of flexible bending work station were resolved better,and a helpful explore was done on intelligentize and flexibility rebuild designing of small size mechtronics equipment.
