过网电量和无损户电量线损计算的探讨

摘　　要：供电企业的综合线损率是衡量其节能效果的重要技术经济指标,然而"无损户"和穿越电量的存在往往导致该网综合线损的虚降,使综合线损率失去其可比性。提出一种基于'四分管理'线损数据的可比线损率的计算方法,剔除上述的虚降和虚升,以达到合理评估节能工作的效果。The complex line loss rate of power supply enterprise is an important technical-economic quota to evaluate its energy-saving work.However,the existence of 'No-loss user' electric energy and the electric energy penetrated the network will cause the false reduction of line loss.Thus complex line loss rate becomes no longer comparable.Here basing on the data obtained from ′Four-branch line loss′ management,an comparable lineloss calculation method was proposed for eliminating the false reduction and false rising of line-loss rate to ensure more ratioonal evaluation of energy-saving work.
