摘  要:由于螺旋桨的较大重力作用,使螺旋桨轴和支承它的尾轴承发生变形,使尾轴轴颈和轴承中线形成一个夹角,改变了润滑油膜的厚度分布,在尾轴承后端局部地方极小,导致轴与轴承的刚性接触。一般采用对尾轴承进行加工倾斜角和尾轴倾斜安装的方法来改善油膜的润滑状态。研究了轴承加工倾斜倾角对轴承油膜动态刚度和阻尼参数的影响关系,通过数值计算得到了它们之间的变化关系。结果表明:加工倾角对刚度和阻尼特性影响较大,随着倾角的增大,油膜刚度kxx,kxy和kyy减小,kyx增大,油膜阻尼cxx增大,cxy,cyx,cyy则会减小。The propeller is hung on the stern end of the propulsive shafting.Because of the big propeller the stern shaft and stern journal bearing are easy to deform.So a deformation angle is formed between the bearing and the stern shaft,and the thickness of oil film is changed. At the end of the stern bearing, the direct contact between the bearing and the shaft neck happens,which destroies the lubrication of oil film. To improve the situation,usually the stern bearing is processed to be inclining and the shaft is installed to be misaligned.The influence of the incline angle which is processed on the bearing on the dynamic stiffness coefficients and damping parameters of journal bearing lubrication oil film was researched. The relation between the bearing oil film dynamic property and the incline angle was obtained and analyzed.The results show that the incline angle obviously influences the stiffness coefficients and damping property.As the incline angle increases,the stiffness coefficients kxx,kxy and kyy decrease,kyx increases;the damping coefficients cxx increases,cxy,cyx,cyy decrease.
