摘  要:为使小摩擦系统快速稳定地从加速阶段进入恒速运动阶段有效抑制该过渡过程残留振动,优化运动响应时间的延迟,论文以直线摆这一小摩擦系统为研究对象,设计UMN-ZV、UMN-ZVD和UMN-EI整形器,并应用到直线摆由加速进入恒定速度段运动中。实验结果表明,单位幅值负脉冲整形器能够抑制直线摆的残留振动的同时,明显减少了系统响应时间的延迟。Based on input shaping technology,the residual vibration reduction of little-friction system's high-speed movement in the duration of system acceleration to constant velocity phase was investigated in order to reduce the delay-time of the system response.Taken the liner pendulum as the research subject,the UMN(unity-magnitude negative impulse)-ZV,UMN-ZVD and UMN-EI were designed and applied to the motion control system for suppressing the residual vibration and reducing the delay-time of the system response of t liner pendulum he pendulum rod in the motion of the acceleration to constant velocity motion phase.The result of experiment expressed the unity-magnitude negative impulse input shaper can decrease the delay-time of the system response and improve the residual vibration suppression of the system simultaneously.
