针刀松解对膝骨性关节炎的软组织张力变化的影响

摘　　要：目的从改善膝关节周围的软组织张力的角度,探讨针刀松解膝骨性关节炎的机制及方法。方法将58例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为针刀组和电针组,其中针刀组30例,电针组28例,用张力计观察治疗前后及随访的软组织张力变化。结果针刀组和电针组治疗后及随访膝关节周围的软组织的张力明显减低(P<0.05),针刀组改善膝关节周围软组织张力情况优于电针组(P<0.05)。结论针刀通过松解膝周围软组织张力可以改善膝骨性关节炎的临床症状,达到治愈的目的。Objective To study the mechanism and method of treating knee ostcoarthritis with an acuscalpel in relaxing the soft tissue tension around the knee joint. Methods Fifty - eight patients were divided into group 1 （ n = 30 patients） and group 2 （n = 28） randomly. The patients in group 1 reeeived soft tissue relaxation via the acusealpel, and group 2 received electroacupuncture. The soft tissue tension before and after treatment was observed with a tensiometer. Results The soft tissue tension around the knee joint decreased significantly either after treatment or in the follow - up visit in both gToups （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but the effect of group 1 was more significant than that in group 2 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The mechanical equilibrium of the knee joint can be improved by relaxing soft tissue tension with an aeusealpel, which can relieve symptoms and even cure the disease.
