摘　　要：地方科研院所是我国区域科技创新体系的重要组成部分，是地方科技创新的动力源，也是推动地方行业技术进步的骨干力量。本文重点分析了当前地方科研院所在科研管理中存在的主要问题，并针对性的提出了推进科研管理创新的对策和建议。As an important part of the Area Science and Technology Innovation System, Regional Research Institutes is the power source of the local science and technology innovation, and backbone of the promotion to local technological progress. This paper analyzed the main issues which existed in the scientific research management, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for scientific research management innovation.
