摘　　要：利用相参脉冲串信号的相位相干特性,提出一种利用FFT和数据抽取技术的精确测量载频的新方法。该方法利用数毫秒信号,达到了亚kHz量级的频率估计精度和数十Hz量级的频率分辨能力。仿真试验验证了该方法的频率精确测量能力和频率高分辨能力。Using of the phase coherence characteristics of coherent pulse train signal,a new method is proposed for the precise estimation of carrier frequency of a coherent pulse train.Fast Fourier transform（FFT） algorithm and down-sampling techniques are combined to obtain precise frequency estimation.The root of mean squares of frequency estimation is of the order of sub-kilohertz,and the resolving power of frequency is the order of 10 Hz.Simulation results confirm the high resolving power and the ability of high precision frequency estimation.
