摘　　要：本文选取英国伦敦金融城进行案例分析,通过翔实有效的数据和事实,验视伦敦金融城发挥金融集聚效应,推动国际金融中心发展的历程,进而从构建金融软实力的战略视角出发,对上海建设国际金融中心的发展态势进行综合评判,并提出若干政策建议。The article conducts a case study on city of London.
