高等教育信息不对称对策研究——高校信息公开的视角

摘　　要：基于高等教育系统外部视角的制度安排,难以有效解决高等教育信息不对称问题。高校是信息传递过程的核心环节,以高校为行为主体实行信息公开,有利于信息流以高校为中心顺畅地辐射到政府、社会和个人等信息受体,是解决高等教育信息不对称问题的理想路径。而构建高校信息公开指标体系和行之有效的保障机制,是高校信息公开制度建设的当务之急。The institutional arrangement based on the external perspective of higher education system can not effectively solve the problem of dissymmetry of higher education＇s information. Colleges and universities are the key to transferring information, and the information opening is in favor of information＇s radiation to government, society and individuals, which makes information opening a perfect route to settling the problem of higher education＇s information dissymmetry. In addition, to build an open system of higher education information, it is urgent to construct a public index system and corresponding effective security mechanism for higher education＇ s information.
