摘 要:以Pd/Al2O3为催化剂,在固定床反应器中对CO偶联合成草酸二丁酯反应进行了研究。对焙烧后的载体进行了表征,考察了载体和反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,1200℃的高温焙烧对γ-氧化铝载体的晶型、比表面、孔分布和表面酸性有很大的影响,有利于催化剂性能改善。在优化工艺条件下,CO的转化率可达46%,草酸二丁酯选择性可达94%左右,而且催化剂在一定反应时间范围内稳定性能良好。The synthesis of dibutyl oxalate over Pd/Al2O3 catalysts by CO coupling in a fixed-bed reactor has been investigated. The Al2O3 supports were characterized after calcination at different temperatures. The effects on the catalytic performance of varying the calcination temperature of the support and the reaction conditions were studied. The experimental results showed that calcination at 1200 ℃ had a significant effect on crystal type,surface area,pore distribution and surface acidity of the resulting γ-alumina,which resulted in an enhanced catalyst performance when it was used as a support. Under the optimum reaction conditions,CO conversion was approximately 46%,dibutyl oxalate selectivity was approximately 94%,and the catalyst had good stability over a reaction time of 120h.
