摘　　要：探讨了一种微束微区X探针分析仪在大气颗粒监测中的应用,通过对成都理工大学校园内及附近高速路口大气单颗粒的外貌结构及其无机成分的分析,探索其分布规律。表明了微束微区X探针分析仪是大气单颗粒无机成分分析的有力工具,对进一步认识大气颗粒物的环境行为有重要的作用,在大气环境监测中具有广阔的前景。It discusses the applying of Micro-beam Micro-district X probe analyzer in atmospheric environmental monitoring.Through analyzing appearance structure and inorganic composition of atmospheric single-particles in the Chengdu University of Technology and around the high-speed intersection using Micro-beam Micro-district X probe analyzer,and exploring its distribution.Which indicates the micro-beam micro-area X probe analyzer is a powerful tool for analysis of inorganic constituents of atmospheric single-particles、 has an important role in further understanding environmental behavior of atmospheric particulate matter,and has broad prospects in monitoring.
