水质总氮测定影响空白值因素的研究

摘　　要：利用碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定水体中的总氮,通过校准曲线的绘制、空白实验,提出了影响空白值的因素,将空白值控制在环境监测要求的范围内。By determining the value of total-nitrogen in water with Alkaline potassium persulface digestion-UV spectrophotometric method,through the drawing of calibration curve and blank test,put forward the influencing factors to determining the blank value,and limit the blank value in the range of environmental monitoring requirements.
