摘 要:综述了激光多普勒测速技术的最新进展。首先简单介绍了激光多普勒测速技术的基本原理;然后对差分混频单频激光多普勒测速仪等6种单频激光多普勒测速仪和正交偏振双频激光多普勒测速仪的结构、工作原理及其优缺点进行了详细讨论;最后对清华大学最新研制出的可显著扩大测速量程的HH型双频激光多普勒测速仪进行了较为全面的介绍,并探讨了未来激光多普勒测速技术的发展方向。This paper gives a review of the latest advances in laser Doppler velocity measurement techniques.A brief introduction of the principle of laser Doppler velocity measurement techniques is given in the beginning,then the structures,principles,advantages and disadvantages of several classical laser Doppler velocimeters,including differential mixing and other six kinds of single-frequency laser Doppler velocimeters and orthogonally polarized dual-frequency laser Doppler velocimeters,are discussed in detail.Besides that,this paper gives a comprehensive introduction of HH type dual-frequency laser Doppler velocimeter which is developed by Tsinghua University recently to increase the measurable range significantly.The development trend of laser Doppler velocity measurement techniques is also discussed at the end.
