摘　　要：以"人的全面发展"理念为框架,探索大学生培养新途径。提出管理育人、教书育人、校园文化育人、实践育人的途径。Under the circumstance of development in an all-around way,this paper describes the new ways to cultivate college students.It puts forward some proposals ways to cultivate the college students effectively,such as cultivation through management,through teaching activities,and the Campus Culture.
