“节约型社会”下高校体育发展对策研究

摘　　要：建设节约型社会是我国当今经济社会发展的一项非常重要的任务。通过对高校体育资源的分析,提出提高高校资源节约的意识和可持续发展的思想、完善激励与约束政策,调动广大师生的积极性、加强法律法规建设,建立健全相应组织体系,加强高等体育资源配置的宏观调控等措施,并对高校体育资源的内部合理配置和利用、区域吸收与辐射及新技术的有效应用等方面进行探讨。Building an economy-oriented society is an important task for Chinese economic and social development.By analyzing the college sports resources,the paper proposes some specific countermeasures to redistribute the current sports resources,such as carrying out the incentive and restriction policy,establishing a sound system of the resource allocation,etc.The article also discusses the rational allocation and utilization of college sports resources,regional absorption and radiation and effective application of new technologies.
