特殊群体的保障性住房建设规划应对研究——基于南京市新就业人员居住现状的调查

摘　　要：当前住房保障研究较少关注具体某一类保障群体的住房问题,忽视了一些特殊群体住房保障的重要性。本文基于对南京市新就业人员居住现状的问卷调查,通过居住面积供需匹配度、交通便捷度、换房频率、日常生活影响度等方面的分析,结合国家相关住房保障政策,认为提供公共租赁房是解决新就业人员居住问题的最好的方式,并从城市规划的角度提出相应的保障措施。The current public housing studies focus more on the housing issue of some kind of group and neglect that of other groups.This paper,based on a survey of residential conditions of the newly-employed graduated within three years in Nanjing,analyzes the supply and demand of dwelling areas,accessibility,frequency of housing remove,and effects of other apsects their on daily life etc..It argues that considering the national housing policies the low-rent housing is the best way for those people to solve their housing problems and then extends corresponding measures from urban planning perspective.
