摘　　要：基于当前物流业面临良好发展机遇与条件分析,本文以北京为研究对象,学习借鉴国内外物流园区的发展经验,分析北京发展公共物流区的影响因素,提出了以物流基地(一级)、综合物流区(二级)、专业物流区(三级)三个层级为核心的物流园区空间规划,并对公共物流区的规划规模、控制强度等提出了控制建议。The logistic industry currently has good opportunities as well as some problems in Beijing.By drawing on the experiences of logistic area in other countries and analyzing the spatial factors of developing public logistic area in Beijing this paper brings forward a ＂three-level spatial distribution＂ pattern,that is logistic base（the first level）,comprehensive logistic area（the second level） and special logistic area（the third level）.And it also presents suggestions on the scales and control intensity for the spatial distribution of public logistic area.
