摘　　要：通过对经筋理论与现代应用解剖学和运动力学关系的诠释,总结出腰性膝痛与经筋理论的关系,并以经筋理论为指导提出腰性膝痛的经筋治疗方法,为腰性膝痛提供临床治疗思路。Through understanding the relationship between the theory of collateral musculature and the modern application anatomy and the movement dynamics the relation between lumbar knee pain and the collateral musculature theory was summarized.Taking the theory of collateral musculature as the guiding idea the therapeutic method of lumbar knee pain was suggested.It was considered that this theory can be the basis of clinical therapy.
