摘  要:甘温除热法指应用性味甘温的药物治疗虚损劳倦所引起的发热。虚损劳倦所致发热多为低热。然临床上高热者,亦有由虚损劳倦所引起。故不论发热程度如何,只要病机表现为气虚发热及阳虚发热,均可运用甘温除热法。Removing pathological heat by sweet and warm drugs meant that applying drugs with sweet and warm in nature to clear heatcaused by deficiency and overstrain. According to the recording in classic medicine book and clinical practice, deficiency and overstraincould often cause low fever, but sometimes high fever can also caused by that in clinical. So no matter it's low fever or high fever, as longas the pathogenesis of fever was Qi deficiency or Yang deficiency, one must keep to apply drugs with sweet and warm in nature to clearaway the heat.
