复黄生肌愈创油膏对大鼠糖尿病创面肉芽组织中细胞周期的动态影响

摘　　要：[目的]动态观察复黄生肌愈创油膏对Wistar大鼠糖尿病创面新生肉芽组织中细胞周期影响。[方法]36只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组,糖尿病对照组,糖尿病实验(复黄膏)组。采用流式细胞仪技术,观察不同时段创面新生肉芽组织中细胞周期变化。[结果]3 d时,细胞G0-G1期、S期所占比例,3组间比较无统计学差异。11 d时,G0-G1期,糖尿病实验组所占比例低于糖尿病对照组(P<0.05),但和正常对照组比较无统计学差异;S期,糖尿病实验组所占比例高于糖尿病对照组(P<0.05),但和正常对照组比较无统计学差异。[结论]复黄生肌愈创油膏通过促进难愈性创面细胞增殖,从而起到促进创面愈合的作用。[Objective] To explorer the dynamic effects of Fuhuang Shengji Yuchuang Ointment（Compound Rhubarb Granulation-Pro-moting and Wound-Healing Ointment,CRGWO） on cell cycle of granulation tissue of Wistar rat with diabetes in wound healing.[Meth-ods]Thirty-six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups： diabetic trial（CRGWO） group,normal control group,diabetic control group.The cell cycle in granulation tissue of the rats were detected with flow cytometry.[Results] On the third day of wound heal-ing,cells in G0-G1 phase and S phase has no statistical difference among three groups.On the eleventh day of wound healing,cells in G0-G1 phase of the rats wound in diabetic trial（CRGWO） group were lower than those of diabetic control group（P〈0.05）,cells in S phase of the rats wound in diabetic trial（CRGWO） group were higher than those of diabetic control group（P〈0.05）,but without statistical differ-ence when compared to the normal control group.[Conclusion] CRGWO can stimulate the cells proliferation of diabetic wound,thus ac-celerate the process of wound healing.
