泌尿造口底盘延长使用时间的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨延长泌尿造口底盘使用时间的方法。方法将62例尿流改道造口患者按入住床号单双号分为观察组27例与对照组35例,对照组术后第1次更换泌尿造口底盘时采用常规方法,观察组术后第1次更换时,在常规方法基础上应用康惠尔透明贴、防漏条、纱布3、M高强度胶带及腰带进行造口护理,观察两组术后第1次更换的造口底盘使用时间、材料耗损、费用及周围皮肤损害情况。结果观察组造口底盘的使用时间明显延长,材料耗损和费用略增加,周围皮肤损害发生减少。结论泌尿造口术后应用康惠尔透明贴保护切口、防漏条防渗漏、纱布引流、3 M高强度胶带及佩戴腰带固定底盘,能延长造口底盘的使用时间。Objective To study the method of extending the using period of urinary stoma chassis.Method Divide 62 patients undergoing urinary diversion into observation group（n=27） and control group（n=35） according to bed number.Patients in control group receive routine method to change urinary stoma chassis the first time after operation.Patients in observation group receive nursing care with Comfeel transparent dressing、caulking、gauze drainage、3M High-strength tape and belt based on routine method the first time after operation.Observe the using time of stoma chassis,patients＇ material loss,cost and injury of surrounding skin when the first time of changing urinary stoma chassis after operation for both two groups.Result Using period of urinary stoma chassis for observation group is obviously extended.Material loss and cost increase a little.Injury of surrounding skin reduces.Conclusion Using Comfeel transparent dressing、caulking、gauze drainage、3M High-strength tape and belt after urinary stoma operation can extend the using period of urinary stoma chassis.
