摘  要:文章全面研究了黄连中生物碱小檗碱的提取工艺中各个因素对小檗碱产率的影响,研究了七个因素为浸泡时间,黄连颗粒粒度,稀硫酸浓度,固液比,石灰乳调节pH,HCl调节pH,NaCl用量。得到最优提取条件为:浸泡时间24h,黄连颗粒粒度0.355~0.5mm,稀硫酸浓度0.4%,固液比16倍,石灰乳调节pH=12,HCl调节pH=5,NaCl用量25%。A comprehensive study on the process about berberine extraction which was a typical alkaloids in Huanglian was done.The studied seven factors were immersion time,Huanglian particle size,concentration of sulfuric acid,sulfuric acid dosage,milk of lime adjust the pH,HCl adjust the pH,NaCl dosage.The paper choose a process which had already exist and change it to a better one,considering the raw materials,cost,efficiency and other factors,the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:immersion time 24 h,Huanglian particle size 0.355~0.5 mm,the concentration of 0.4 % sulfuric acid,sulfuric acid dosage was 16 times the amount of Huanglian particle,milk of lime adjust the pH to 12,HCl adjust the pH to 5,the amount of NaCl was 25 %.
