摘  要:以癸二酸和正己醇为原料、SO42-/ZrO2为催化剂、甲苯为带水剂合成了癸二酸二正己酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、带水剂用量对癸二酸酯化率的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件:醇酸摩尔比为2.9,催化剂用量为4.8%,反应温度为195℃,反应时间为1.5h,带水剂用量为75%。在最佳工艺条件下,癸二酸的酯化率可达98%以上。Dihexyl sebacate was synthesized from sebacic acid and n-hexanol alcohol by using SO2-4/ZrO2 as catalyst and toluene as azeotropic agent.The effects of molar ratio of n-hexanol alcohol and sebacic acid,catalyst amount,reaction temperature,reaction time,azeotropic agent amount on the esterification yield of sebacic acid were studied.The optimum reaction conditions were determined:the molar ratio of n-hexanol alcohol and sebacic acid was 2.9,the catalyst amount was 4.8 % by mass of sebacic acid,the reaction temperature was 195 ℃,the reaction time was 1.5 h,and the azeotropic agent amount was 75 % by mass of sebacic acid.Under these conditions the esterification yield would be above 98 %.
