摘　　要：对于服务业及其相关概念的厘清有助于政策的针对性和行业发展。在经济转型背景下,上海面临产业结构升级和经济转型的挑战,应当发展先进制造业和与之相应的生产性服务业。物流行业作为生产性服务业的典型代表,在发展中存在现实的障碍,政策的制定和执行应当有新的思路和办法。Clarifying the different definitions of service is the best way to stimulate the growth of service industries. Shanghai is facing the challenge of upgrading the industrial structure, and it should promote the development of advanced manufacturing and producer service in the context of economic transformation. The logistics industry represents the typical producer service. The government should remeve the obstacles and increase the good effects of the policies.
