大学生“村官”计划可持续发展模式思考

摘　　要：运用文献综述、调查访问、对比分析等研究方法,阐述了推行"大学生村官"计划的必要性,分析了该计划执行过程中出现的问题,如大学生"村官"所学专业与实际工作对接难,对农村的情感培养慢,生活实际问题解决难,各级政府激励指导不到位等。构想了大学生"村官"计划可持续发展模式,提出了培养"本土化"的大学生"村官",高校定向培养大学生"村官",引导大学生"村官"树立在农村服务的意识,健全和完善保障制度等促使大学生"村官"计划可持续发展的最实际、最有效的措施。With the research methods such as literature review,investigation interview and comparative analysis,the paper described the necessity of popularizing the plan of ＂university student village officials＂.Some problems in the process of implementing the plan were analyzed,including the difficulty of docking between major and job,slow speed of culturing their emotion to villages,the difficulty of solving practical problems in their live,lack of guiding from government,etc.Some most effective and most useful measures to promote the plan of university student village officials are put forward.The measures include culturing localized university students as village officials,directing student officials to establish the consciousness of serving chronically in villages,strengthening and perfecting the security system,and so on.So the sustainable development model of implementing the plan can be formed.
