摘　　要：《孙膑兵法》提出了"天时、地利、人和"的思想理念,体现了孙膑以人为本思想的进步性与科学性。"人和"思想是中国传统文化中天人、人际、身心和谐的价值取向,"和而不同"维护了中国的多民族和谐统一,"人和"是构建和谐社会的价值取向。"人和"思想仍然有重要的现实意义。科学发展是以人为本,以经济增长为要务,以和平发展为指导,以"富国强兵"为基础。建设强大的军队,可有效地化解国际矛盾、减少社会矛盾,为和谐社会建设提供良好环境,"人和"是实现国防现代化的重要保障。"人和"思想为和平与发展的时代主题,构建社会主义和谐社会、实践科学发展观等发展战略,提供了中国传统和谐思想的深层理念支撑和极富价值的思想启示。Sun Bin＇s Art of War puts forward the thinking concept of ＂good timing,geographical convenience and good human relations＂,which represents the advance and scientificity of Sun Bin＇s human-oriented thinking.The thinking of ＂good human relations＂ is the value orientation of heaven and people,human relationship and physical and spiritual harmony of Chinese traditional culture;＂seeking harmony without uniformity＂ maintains China＇s multinational harmony and unity and ＂good human relations＂ is the value orientation of the construction of harmonious society.The thinking of ＂good human relations＂ still has important realistic meaning.Scientific development is human-oriented taking economic development as the first priority,guided by peaceful development and regarding ＂a prosperous country with a powerful army＂ as the foundation.Building a powerful army can effectively solve international conflicts,reduce social contradictions and provide good environment for the construction of harmonious society.＂Good human relations＂ is the important insurance for realizing national defence modernization.The thinking of ＂good human relations＂ provides the profound theoretical support with Chinese traditional harmony thinking and valuable ideological enlightenment for the times of peace and development,constructing socialist harmonious society and carrying out the developing strategy of scientific outlook on development.
