摘　　要：目的:设计并应用手持式和脚踏式负压吸引器,以便于野战急救伤员需要。方法:采用活塞式机械抽动吸排空气的方式产生负压。结果:优化设计手持式和脚踏式负压吸引器的结构,适应野外操作和急救。结论:该器体积小、重量轻,便于携带和使用,并在演练应用中效果满意。Objective： To design and apply the hand-held and pedaled negativepressure suction device to satisfy the needs of curing the wounded in the field. Methods： Negative pressure was generated by sucking and expelling the air by the piston-type drawing. Results： By optimizing the structure, the hand-held and pedaled negative-pressure suction device now can be used in the field for first aid. Conclusion： The suction device is of small cubage and low weight. Therefore, it is convenient to carry and use.
