摘　　要：目的:解决"牛鞭效应"降低供应风险。方法:通过供需双方共同管理的"第三方库存"从五个方面解决"牛鞭效应"。结论:透过高效的供应链管理系统,可以减少"牛鞭效应",直接降低各供应商的运营成本。Objective： To resolve the ＂bullwhip effect＂ to reduce the risk of supply. Methods： By supplying and demanding sides of the ＂third-party inventory＂, we could resolve ＂bullwhip effect＂. Conclusion： Through using efficient supply chain management systems, we can reduce ＂bullwhip effect＂ to directly reduce the vendor＇s operating costs.
