摘  要:以先导阀弹簧的固有频率最大和质量最轻为目标,确定其设计的约束变量,建立先导阀弹簧的优化设计模型,并用MATLAB语言进行优化设计。优化结果表明,优化后的弹簧各设计变量明显优于原设计。The multi-objective optional model of pilot valve spring was designed in this paper,which took the maximum of inherent frequency and the minimum of its consumption of raw material as objectives.Bound variable analysis was performed and pilot valve optimization model was also built.The optimization was conducted with the help of language Matlab.The result shows that the pilot valve spring has better characteristics after optimum design.
