HER-2表达情况及治疗方法对乳腺癌患者治疗期间生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同HER-2表达情况、不同内科治疗方法乳腺癌患者的生活质量水平及其影响因素。方法采用乳腺癌生活质量测定量表,在治疗前和治疗期间调查167例乳腺癌患者生活质量。比较患者治疗前、治疗期间生活质量水平的差异,分析所有乳腺癌患者、HER-2阳性患者、HER-2阴性患者治疗期间生活质量的影响因素。结果治疗期间,全部患者生活质量水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗前生活质量水平低、HER-2阳性、化疗是乳腺癌患者治疗期间生活质量低的影响因素;治疗前生活质量水平低、化疗、生活不能自理是HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者治疗期间生活质量低的影响因素。结论乳腺癌患者治疗期间生活质量会明显下降,治疗前生活质量、HER-2表达情况、化疗对患者治疗期间生活质量产生影响。提示尤其应关注HER-2阳性、化疗患者治疗期间的生活质量;可通过提高患者治疗前生活质量水平,降低HER-2阳性、化疗所带来的身心损害,从而改善患者治疗期间的生活质量。Objective To discuss the influence of different expressions of HER-2 and various treatments on life quality of patients with breast cancer.Methods Quality of Life Scale of Breast Cancer was applied to obtain information from 167 breast cancer patients about their life quality.The comparison was made about difference of life quality before and after treatment and analysis was conducted about factors exerting influence on all breast cancer patients,those with HER-2 positive and those with HER-2 negative respectively.Results All patients were with worse life quality during treatments（P〈0.05）.Factors exerting influence on life quality included low life quality before treatment,HER-2 positive and chemotherapy.For those with HER-2 positive,low life quality,chemotherapy and weak self-care ability were factors influencing their life quality.Conclusion Life quality before treatment,expression of HER-2 and chemotherapy had influence on patient’s life quality during treatment.Due attention should be paid to those with HER-2 positive.The improvement of life quality before treatment,decline of HER-2 positive and reducing hurt from chemotherapy will benefit the improvement of life quality during treatment.
