摘　　要：长株潭组合在一起是一个三角形的城市群,能够互为促进和发展。从比较研究的角度,对实施长株潭一体化的三市房地产市场进行探析,围绕地产政策、地产投资、地产价格以及地产销售四个方面作比较,在此基础上得出三市房地产市场发展稳定、投资环境差异和房地产市场一体化进程过程漫长的启示。The combination of Chang, Zhu and Xiang is a triangle city group, and they can promote and develop each other. From a comparative study angle, this article makes an exploration to carrying out the all-in-one real estate market of Chang, Zhu and Xiang these three cities, and it mainly centers on the comparison to policy, investment, price and sales of estate, finding the enlightening of the stable development, the differences of investment environment and a long all-in-one real estate market process of these three cities.
