摘 要:目的:探讨IQ200尿沉渣分析仪与UF-1000I流式尿分析仪及手工显微镜计数3种检测方法的临床应用价值,并进行对比分析。方法:随机收集我院泌尿患者125例,同时用IQ200尿沉渣分析仪、UF-1000I流式尿分析仪及手工显微镜计数进行检查。结果:3种方法检测细菌、RBC、WBC的检出率较一致,相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);RBC的检出率高低分别为IQ200>UF-1000I>手工显微镜;WBC的检出率高低分别为手工显微镜>UF-1000I>IQ200。结论:在临床运用上应把3种方法的优缺点有机地结合起来,并综合考虑应用。Objective:To investigate the value of Three Methods in counting diagnosis of urinary tract infections with IQ200 Urine Analyzer, UF-1000I flower and urine microscopy analyzer. Methods: 125 cases with urinary tract infections were inspected by Three Methods of IQ200 Urine Analyzer, UF-1000I flower and urine microscopy analyzer.Results:There were not significant difference for bacteria ,RBC and WBC inspecting by the Three Methods of IQ200 Urine Analyzer, UF-1000I flower and urine microscopy analyzer.But for RBC inspecting, the detection rate was IQ200〉 UF-1000I〉 manual microscopy; for WBC inspecting, the detection rate was Microscope〉 UF-1000I〉 IQ200. Conclusion :The clinical use of the advantages and disadvantages of three methods should be combined organically integrated to consider using.
