我院2007-2009年降糖药物用药分析

摘　　要：目的评估我院降糖药物处方用药趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法根据医院药库计算机网络管理系统的数据资料,对我院2007-2009年门诊和住院处方的降糖药物品种、用量、用药金额、限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)和日均用药金额(DDDc)等进行统计分析。结果按DDDs排序,我院近3年口服降糖药前三位依次为二甲双胍、格列齐特和阿卡波糖;胰岛素按用药金额排序,诺和灵30R(针、笔芯)、优泌灵70/30(针、笔芯)和诺和灵50R笔芯居前。结论我院门诊和住院降糖药物处方基本遵循了安全、有效和经济的原则。Objective To assess the prescriptions of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital and to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods Based on the data from the network management system, the prescriptions of antidiabetics in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were evaluated in respect of drug classification, consumption, sum, DDD, DDDs and DDDc. Results The sum of antidiabetics witnessed a yearly increase from 2007 to 2009. The top three oral antidiabetic drugs in terms of DDDs were metformin, gliclazide and acarbose. According to gross sales, Novolin30R, Humulin70/30 and Novolin50R were the top three drugs in all kinds of insuline. Conclusion The use of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital basically assure safety, validity and economy in clinical application.
