5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酸与二价金属离子配合物研究  

Studies on the Coordination Compounds of Binary System of 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic Acid with Divalent Metal Ion by Potentiometric Method

摘　　要：在25℃离子强度为0.1mol/LKNO3,用pH电位法研究了5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酸(HL)与二价金属离子Fe(II)、Co(II)、Ni(II)、Cu(II)、Zn(II)和Cd(II)二元体系在水溶液中的物种组成,并计算了配合物的稳定常数。玻璃电极校正用程序GLEE完成,全部实验数据处理的用程序Hyperquad2000完成,并用程序HYSS绘制了各二元体系中配合物的物种分布。结果表明在各二元体系中均有1∶1型的配合物生成。Studies on the species composition of binary system HL-M（ Ⅱ） （ HL = 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid,M = Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn and Cd） have been done by precise potentiometric method under the given conditions （ 25℃,I = 0. 10 mol/L KNO3） . The selection and calibration of glass electrode was done by running program GLEE and the whole experimental data was calculated by employing program Hyperquad2000 to get the stability constants of coordination compounds. The results shown that there is one model 110 type existed in binary system.
